It is supposed to be diaries, but I prefer journal, it sounds more professional.
So long story short, I have started journaling since 2015, and I don't even know what is journal.
Five years later, I finally came across the idea of searching what benefits do journal gave me.
When I searched google, I got surprised by the fact that majority of the benefits have been experienced by me.
The very first that caught my eyes, is it can keep your thoughts organized.
So according to this website, mental health professionals said journaling will help you obtain clearer mind and a happy life.
Not only that, it helps to release mental blockades and be more precise about your thoughts.
When you go deeper, journaling helps to understand your desires, priorities, and worries.
So did I experience it?
Yes, it is strong and real.
I became a calm and firm person since I start journaling.
Hello humans, today is 13 May 2021.
I have a new foundation in journaling.
If you prefer typing, yes, it is also good, and faster.
I suggest you to use Google Keep, which can be installed in your phone and you can type in your Journal/Diaries anytime and anywhere.
As long as you remember your google account and its password.
Then you can access Google Keep anywhere.
REMEMBER TO TYPE IN THE DATE BEFORE YOU TYPE OUT YOUR THOUGHTS DURING THE DAY.
TYPING THROUGH YOUR COMPUTER IS BETTER, AS THE WORDS ARE BIGGER AND EASIER TO TYPE AND READ.
