Straight to the point, I do not like to beat around the bush.
5 a.m. is my always targeted time to wake up. The moment when the sun has not rise, still dark sky.
This website tells the truth.
For the students here, you all knew this, and I think some of you need to wake up even before 5 a.m. just to prepare for school...(like I did). But on the holidays tho, we all agreed to sleeping late and waking up near or at afternoon, then wake up groggy...
No, I changed that, and let me tell you, the moment you realize you woke up alone, your family or friends are still sound sleep, drank 2 glasses of warm water, looking at the dark damp sky.
Bliss, sense of reward, and the feeling motivated to complete your tasks before they wake up.
At least try it few times, but with my tips aside. I'll suggest you to prepare a pen and your journal, (if you have one) just note down the keywords.
These are the psychological benefits I felt. (Based on my experience)
-Motivated to do your works.
-Not much people need your help.
-Complete important tasks.
-Urge to learn online business.
-Always with my journal, doing plans. Update my reminders.
-Feeling fresh.
-Learnt to make breakfast.
-Better grades and work performance.
-Actually care about my diet and body fat.
-Peace and quiet.
-More energy for workout.
-Positive effect on mental health.
Before that, these is the list you need to prepare before becoming a powerful early bird:
-Plan your night time routine, try to sleep for at least 7 hours before 5 a.m. (That is 10 p.m.)
-Try to not touch electronics 1 hour before bed. (Cool down the mind)
-Plan your outfit for tomorrow.
-Have your dinner time adjusted. (Best before 7 p.m.)
-Plan your movie time, if you have one.
-Set an alarm for your time plans, such as your shower time.
-Manage your room, make it more comfy, calm and low temperature.(Best with air conditioner)
-Best to sleep right after you shower. (Cold shower I suggest)
After a good night sleep, you still need some more steps to conquer the grog in the morning.
By the time you closed your alarm, follow these steps:
-Sit on bed or CHAIR for a couple minutes.
-Stand up slowly.
-Go and drink 2 glass of warm water.
-And you will feel you need the toilet right away.
-Shower, try cold shower, gradually decrease the temperature.
-Then the grog will go.
Then? What now?
Do your work! I would suggest getting a journal, or sketch note book, just to write how you feel and list out your work, or write down what you want to achieve that day, then do it!
These are based on my experience and I wish you all good luck. Please do comment your feelings, let us discuss the best solution for you.
